Dropbox is an tool that I have only used for about one month. So far, I cannot believe I've lived for so long without it.

To describe its use, imagine dragging a file into a folder and having the ability to retrieve it from any other computer. It also has the ability to have a shared folder so that I can share documents with colleagues just as easily.
